Amazon officially launched its Polish site on March 2, making it the 17th overseas site open to Chinese sellers. The Polish site will offer consumers over 100 million items in various categories including books, consumer electronics, outdoor sports, tools and household goods, toys, and baby products. Moreover, Amazon has introduced a 12-month Commission reduction program for sellers in conjunction with the launch of the Polish site.
European station sellers have recently received an official email reminder from Amazon regarding the implementation of the invoice defect rate policy, effective April 5. This policy, introduced by Amazon in July of last year, requires sellers to provide valid VAT invoices to business buyers for their purchased products. Sellers are expected to upload the invoice within one working day after the business order has been shipped. Any sellers with a defect rate exceeding 5% are at risk of suspension from sales. Delays in uploading the invoice will be recorded in the seller's performance.
